Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Effective Date: August 10, 2025 | Last Updated: October 23, 2025
GRABB is fully committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, grooming, or abuse. This document forms an integral part of our Moderation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Age Restriction
GRABB is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Any accounts identified as belonging to minors will be permanently suspended, and all related data will be deleted immediately.
2. Automated Detection and Moderation
To help detect and prevent illegal or exploitative content, GRABB uses a combination of automated systems and human moderation:
- Google Cloud Vision API – analyzes uploaded photos to detect nudity, sexually explicit content, or CSAM indicators.
- Google Perspective API – scans messages for harassment, hate speech, grooming patterns, and sexual exploitation cues.
- Cloudflare CSAM & SCAM Scanning – uses advanced hash-based detection (including NCMEC and industry databases) to identify and block known CSAM, as well as phishing links and scam patterns in user-submitted content.
- All flagged content is subject to human review by trained safety moderators before enforcement action is finalized.
3. Reporting Mechanism
Users can report suspicious profiles, images, or messages directly via:
- In-app reporting tools (available on profiles and chat messages)
- Email: [email protected]
All reports are reviewed with high priority and confidentiality. Verified cases are promptly reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations.
4. Cooperation with Authorities
GRABB cooperates with international child protection organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and INHOPE where applicable. We fully comply with laws concerning digital safety, child exploitation prevention, and mandatory reporting obligations.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
All safety and detection systems operate in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA). Any data flagged by automated systems is processed solely for security and legal purposes and is deleted after review unless preservation is required by law.
6. Enforcement Actions
- Immediate removal of illegal or harmful content.
- Account suspension or termination for offenders.
- Reporting verified CSAM cases to law enforcement agencies.
- Preservation of digital evidence when required by law.
7. Transparency and Cooperation
GRABB maintains internal records of reported content, enforcement actions, and cooperation with authorities. Aggregate data may be included in transparency summaries to ensure accountability and compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
